There are many kinds and specifications of lifting pulley, generally single-wheel pulley used for lifting, guidance, balance and other occasions, and multi-wheel pulley used to form lifting, traction pulley. The general requirements for the use of lifting pulley are as follows: 1. Most of the common single-wheel pulleys are open type, the connecting parts are hook and ring type, hook or ring type can be rotated, so there is no directional suspension. When in use, pull the hook or lifting ring to open the open baffle on the guard plate, put the wire rope into the wheel groove, and then straighten the pulley to lock the baffle plate. If used on the ground or because the pulley does not bear the force will automatically bend, should always check whether the open baffle lock. 2. The common multi-wheel pulleys are all non-open type, the connecting parts of which are rotatable lifting ring type and fixed lifting ring type, while the pulley with fixed lifting ring has directionality when it is suspended, and the pulley shall not bear torsional force when the pulley is under force, otherwise, u-ring should be added to adjust. 3. Ring-type pulley should be used when the direction of force changes greatly or when single wheel pulley is used at high altitude. If hook-type pulley is used, the hook must be sealed. Because the hook type pulley is subjected to repeated forces, it is easy to unhook from the binding rope. 4, the use of open-door pulley must lock the door. 5. Use Hook or pulley hook sealing plate should be installed, if the sealing plate is damaged or lost, the hook should be sealed with No. 10 iron wire, do not use wire to tie the binding rope tied to the hook. 6. In order to prevent the hook or the lifting ring of the single-wheel pulley from rotating with the pulley block and causing the traction rope to twist, the hook or the lifting ring shall be fastened with the guard plate by No. 8 Iron Wire.7, according to the factory nameplate safe lifting use, not overloading. 8. Before using, we must carry out appearance inspection, where hook, lifting ring, guard plate, bulkhead and other serious deformation cracks, flange damage, bearing deformation, bearing wear and rotation is not flexible, parts and components incomplete, in case of unknown tonnage, it shall not be used.
