Inspection and maintenance

The appearance of the safety hook should be checked frequently. If there is deformation or cut mark, it should be immediately discarded and no longer used. If there is sediment or iron filings invading the locking teeth, it should be cleaned immediately. The alloy steel safety hook shall be maintained with anti-rust agent after use and stored in a special container. If the safety hook accidentally falls from a high place (more than 2m) to the hard ground, even if its appearance is not damaged, its internal alloy components may have been seriously damaged and should be discarded to avoid reuse.
