1. Selection of lifting pulley

According to the technical parameters, market research is carried out. The selected supplier must be a professional crane manufacturer with special equipment safety license. It also inspects the matching of processing equipment, the standardization of production and the advanced nature of products. After comparison, it chooses the hoisting machinery with reasonable price, good quality, excellent performance and complete safety devices.

When the lifting pulley arrives, it is necessary to check whether the random technical data are complete, whether the random accessories, tools and accessories are consistent with the list, whether the lifting pulley and its accessories are damaged or defective, and make a good record of the checking and acceptance of the lifting pulley.

2. Selection of Installation Unit of Crane Trolley

The installation team of lifting pulleys can choose qualified manufacturers to form a one-stop service mode of manufacturing, installation and commissioning. In addition, the selected installation unit must be a professional team with "Special Equipment Installation (Maintenance) Safety Accreditation Certificate" issued by provincial quality and technical supervision department, and have the installation qualification of installing corresponding lifting weight.

After the installation unit is determined, before installing the lifting pulley, the installation unit shall assist the installation unit in handling the start-up report of the special equipment, and check whether the construction organization plan, installation equipment, installation procedure, technical requirements, the acceptance record of the concealed project in the installation process and the self-inspection report of the installation team meet the requirements.

After the completion of the installation of lifting pulleys, the installation unit shall be supervised to conduct comprehensive self-inspection, operation test and load test, and after confirming the qualifications of the self-inspection, the special equipment inspection institution shall be declared for installation acceptance. Having passed the acceptance and obtained the Safe Use Permit, the lifting pulley can be put into use. Upon acceptance, the user shall file the random technical data, installation data and inspection report of the lifting pulley. The periodic inspection, overhaul, renovation, accident records and other information that will occur in the future use are also stored in the hoisting machinery safety technical files.
