Grade 120 chain

Patented chain steel materials and special low-temperature hardening treatment make the 120-grade chain hoist especially suitable for rough working conditions. For example, the chain has obvious advantages when hoisting materials with sharp and rough surfaces. Compared with low-strength chain slings, sharp corners cause very little damage to 120-grade chain slings. At low temperature of -60℃, hardness and impact value are > 55 joules. Each 120-class link is engraved with the latest D1-12 logo. Like the 80-grade chain slings, they are not sensitive to hydrogen embrittlement. The operating temperature range is-60 C300 C, and hydrogen embrittlement resistance is within-70 C. It meets the requirements of PAS1061 standard and is resistant to stress crack corrosion. The surface of high-quality 120-grade suspension chain and parts are coated with purple fluorescent coating (color: purple). Like 100 grade pink fluorescent coating, it can show the safe use temperature of chain. The double-layer surface treatment (pretreatment+purple fluorescent coating) makes it much better than the surface treatment effect of pure oil or zinc plating. ICE logo is engraved on each link and parts. Special heat treatment process and patented materials make the product have a longer service life. Grab lifting chain

Used for connection between terminal of wire rope and grab bucket to prevent wire rope from damage when reverse and impact happens, contacting grab bucket, ship rim or hopper, which can extend the life of the rope. 7 section chain for grab bucket is preferred to bridge type grab ship unloader, using quick release link and mooring socket for connection. 3-5m long chain is recommended for gantry crane, for the conveience of removal.
